What we collect

When you buy: full name, company or office name, company or business ID (if given), email, phone, the number of licenses (for the plugins), the products chosen, the date and time, and the version of the terms you accepted.

When you contact us: name, email, phone (if given) and the message.

Why

To complete the purchase, issue a license, send the files, issue a receipt, and reply to messages.

Payment

Card details are entered only on the payment provider's page. This site never sees or stores them.

Who sees the information

Ariel, and the service providers needed to complete the purchase: the payment provider and the email service. The information is never sold or passed to anyone else.

Cookies and tracking

The site uses no cookies. To understand how the site is used and improve it, it runs a statistics tool (Umami) installed on our own server. It records which pages were viewed, what was clicked on the site, where visitors came from, the browser and device, and the country and city from the IP address - without keeping the address itself, and without names or contact details. Nothing typed into the forms is sent to it, and the information is not passed to third parties. If your browser asks not to be tracked (Do Not Track), the visit is not counted.

Fonts, icons and images are hosted on the site itself, so browsing it sends no information to third parties.

How long it is kept

Purchase details are kept as long as the license and the accounting record requirements need them. A contact message is kept as long as needed to reply to it.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information kept about you, correct it or delete it. Write to us through the contact form.
